You will find there the day by day schedule of your goals. Each day has its own task. To make sure you do everything correctly, you will be given a checklist. Do all the tasks and, at the end of the day, you will get a reward. This is a great motivation to get things done. You will be rewarded with a notification. It will be the time to get rid of the bad habit, the time to get rid of the anger, the time to stop smoking, the time to start exercising, the time to learn a new language, etc. The app will count the days for you. It's convenient to use and to track your progress.
